Two new colleagues for organisation and sales

In February we were able to welcome two new employees to THEM.

Anni-Elisa supports our entire team across a wide range of processes and keeps things running smoothly with her talent for organisation. Jürgen strengthens our sales team; his many years of experience in intralogistics bring comprehensive industry expertise.

Why this step matters to us

In the first years after founding the company we mainly built a strong network of partners and customers. That gave us solid utilisation early on. But as a team grows, so do the demands on internal organisation, structure and sales – tasks the management team had been carrying itself until now.

With Anni we are professionalising our internal processes; with Jürgen we are expanding our sales portfolio and creating room for further growth. Above all this means sharing responsibility and taking the next step in our development.
